Out-ship on product. Out-automate in operations.

“From ten years at Amazon, I bring the playbook for product velocity and operational leverage — hypothesis-driven roadmaps, lean experiments, narrative docs, mechanism design, and automation-first tooling.

I founded Levergrid to bring that edge to founders and business owners. Our signature sprints turn product and ops chaos into better products and scalable systems.”

Frequently asked questions

Which types of companies do you help?

We focus on digital products and software operations (e.g. web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, internal tools, data workflows, cloud-based processes). We do not support physical products and operations (e.g. hardware, manufacturing, logistics, robotics).

What is the minimum project length?

Projects are scoped in three-week sprints, each with clearly defined deliverables and outcomes. There is no obligation to extend the engagement beyond a single sprint.

What if we are too busy to support this engagement?

That is exactly when we are most useful. We move faster than internal hires and leave behind scalable, repeatable systems that your team will own. For most clients, hiring us replaces months of internal work and unlocks speed, clarity, and confidence. While we need input from your team, the bulk of the work happens asynchronously and with minimal disruption.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Most of our engagements are conducted remotely, allowing us to move faster and keep your costs lower. Onsite work is available for select projects and includes additional fees (travel, accommodation, and full-day billing). In our experience, remote collaboration typically delivers the same outcomes at a better return on investment.

What are the payment terms and options?

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. We operate on a prepaid model, allowing us to reserve the time and resources required to deliver your project on your desired dates.

When can you start?

We kick off new sprints on Wednesdays and wrap them up three weeks later on Tuesdays. To avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure consistent delivery, we maintain this fixed weekly cadence for all clients. See available sprint start dates.

What happens after the sprint?

At the end of each sprint, we conduct a review session to assess results and discuss next steps. Depending on your needs and our availability, we may offer options for continued collaboration, tailored to your project. Options might include delivery-based retainers, advisory retainers, or additional sprints.
